Established in 1994, US Solutions provides high-quality, Internet-based integrated solutions and technical services to small- and mid-sized enterprise and dot-com companies. We offer a new breed of Internet systems integration expertise targeted at e-nabling the enterprise and building e-commerce infrastructures. Our IT solutions are centered on Sun Microsystems(TM) equipment and its industry-leading, e-business technology.

Recently, some exciting changes have taken place at our company. In 1999, because of rapid growth in its hardware, software and integration services, Internet Information Services, Inc. (IIS, Inc.) created a separate company, IIS Systems, to handle this business. On March 23, 2000, IIS, Inc. was acquired by Iconixx, a leading e-solutions company. As a result of this acquisition, IIS Systems was asked to change its name.

WeÌve done so, and the new name is US Solutions. And, while our name is different, you can still expect the same great service and commitment to quality that weÌve always provided. Everyone you worked with at IIS Systems is now a part of US Solutions. US Solutions will be one of the premier national providers of Sun(TM) solutions, architecting Web-enabled infrastructures through packaged services and high-level integration and support.

Our Management Team

Tim Meinhardt
President & CEO
Mr. Meinhardt is a senior level executive with over 20 years of sales, management experience. For the last 5 years he has co-owned Internet Information Services, Inc. (IIS) and IIS Systems, Inc. in Washington D.C. IIS was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as the 11th fastest growing company in the D.C. metro area in 1999. In March 2000, IIS was acquired by ICONIXX. Mr. Meinhardt was responsible for the business operations of IIS, as well as the overall responsibility of managing IIS Systems, Inc. now called US Solutions, Inc. Prior to his first successful technology venture, Mr. Meinhardt for 15 years founded and directed companies in the financial services industry. As President, Mr. Meinhardt directs and manages all operations within US Solutions.

Travis Sanchez
Vice President of Sales
Travis Sanchez has responsibility for all sales and marketing efforts within US Solutions. In this role, he oversees all corporate customer accounts and interactions, vendor and partner relationships and strategic alliances, and all other corporate sales and marketing initiatives. Travis has nearly a decade of sales, marketing, business development and management experience in the information technology industry.

Prior to his position at US Solutions, he was a regional sales manager at IIS, Inc. and an account manager at Orange Technologies, a Sun(TM) Value Added Reseller, in Gaithersburg, MD. Mr. Sanchez graduated with a B.A. degree in history from the University of Maryland at College Park.
